Providing administrative support, on a distance, to the allocated (key) account manager(s) in order to reach commercial objectives and to build up good customer relations.

Description

Ensuring correct and timely registration in SAP of the sales prices agreed with the customer for
the services offered to in accordance with the guidelines for quotation set-up;

Initiate correct order execution and billing for Customer Services;


Ensuring correct documents for the customer generated from SAP (quotation output, cceptance criteria, transport documents, labels, invoices, certificates)

Managing the data quality of masterdata and masterobjects in the CZ e-reporting in order to
ensure correct reports are available online for customers;
Verifying the accuracy of draft invoices during the period of actualisations in order to support
the invoicing process during this specific period;

Follow up and dealing with non-conformities in collaboration with the account manager in order to ensure an quick settlement and customer satisfaction;

Implementation of new projects in accordance with the tasks (in relation to SAP) assigned in
the project plan in order to be able to meet the go-live date;

Developing constructive and pro-active collaboration in day-to-day business with other members of the project team (WT, Customer Services and OPS) in order to ensure more
efficient administrative operation in SAP;

Discuss administrative improvements with the Team leader sales support to contribute to the
continuous improvement of the tools used and/or working methods used;

Profile

The ideal candidate will have:

Bachelor's degree and / or relevant experience;

Min. three years of experience in a commercial/administrative environment;

Knowledge of SAP (especially SD flow) or equivalent ERP system;

Ability to retrieve information from SAP and Navision and/or other systems and consolidate the relevant customer information in 1 report on Customer Zone;

Advanced MS Office knowledge (Excel, Word, Outlook);

Advanced knowledge of English is a must.
