Excellent opportunity to integrate as a Sales Manager in an international real estate developer.

Your new role

Sales Manager to assume ongoing commercialisation projects and marketing activities, identify new commercial opportunities and provide strategic advice to upper management according to the trends and market conditions in order to promote and expand company's commercial activity as well generate revenues and lead to sustainable growth.

Conduct market research and analysis to create detailed business plans on commercial opportunities. Acquire new customers and manage client relationships. Build and maintain profitable partnerships with key stakeholders.

Monitor performance of commercial activities using key metrics and prepare reports for senior management. Assist in setting financial targets and budget development and monitoring.

What you need to be successful

We are looking for a proven experienced as a Sales Manager or similar, as well, managing relationships with key client, with an entrepreneurial mindset who understands the market research methods and analysis.

Proven experience dealing with premium real estate brokers. 

 Leadership skills and with great organisational abilities. Solid knowledge of performance reporting, financial and budgeting processes.
