Our client is a Shared Services Center located in Lisbon. Right now, they are recruiting a Sales Administrative Officer to be a part of the team!
Your new role
You'll be responsible for register, update and control sales operations, managing the administrative side of all sales: costs estimates, invoices, credit notes, debit notes, follow up of settlements, participate in debt reminders and manage third party billing. You also ensure good operational, day-to-day, relationships with customers and suppliers, and prepare and follow administrative procedures, ensuring that the processes are followed through until the invoice has been paid, providing the analysis to help follow up or forecast sales activity.
What you'll need to succeed
We are looking for professionals with 2/3 years of experience in similar roles, fluent in English, French is a plus. Proficient in Ms Office, particularly Excel. Team work, organization, analytical thinking and proactivity, are essential for this role.
