Sales Administrative Officer – Spanish Speaker Algés (M/F)


Your new company:

Our client is a Shared Services Center located in Lisbon.

Your new role:

Responsible for all operations related to sales in his/her scope;

Ensure the administrative part of sales: Billing and send customers the invoices according with the customer billing specifications;

Ensure processes are followed through until the invoice has been paid;

Provide the analysis to help follow up or forecast sales activity;

Identifying and indicate deviations;

Ensure good operational, day-to-day, customers relationships;

Master billings rules, accountability standards and associated tools. 

What you'll need to succeed:

Finance business administration / accounting degree or similar;

At least 2 years’ experience in similar position;

Experience within a shared service environment would be a plus;

SAP (invoicing) or another billing tool expert – Nice to have;

Excel -Intermediate;

English & Spanish Fluent – Mandatory.
