Descrição da Função

Provides assistance to the Commercial department in all Sales and Logistics back-offices tasks as well as administrative and secretarial tasks in Portugal

– Office Administration: managing the day-to-day office life, the office mail, faxes, stationery supplies, filing.
– Control deliveries and post them in the system.
– Stock control and balance by location.
– Coordinate deliveries with customers before dispatch.
– Ensure that commercial tasks follow the process when the sales representative is not in the office.
– Attach & file proper orders documentation (CMR, delivery notes).

Perfil do Candidato

Experience and Knowledge:
1. Minimum 1 year overall experience in logistic/sales department .
2. Advance in Excel.
3. Used to work with ERP, Navision valued.

Skills and Abilities:
1. Fluent in written and spoken English, Spanish valued.
2. Organizational maturity and effectiveness.
3. Able to demonstrate professional competence, both within the company and with external contacts.
4. Results orientated with a positive approach.
5. Ability to deal with change.
