- To support process automation across the global finance organization to include

- Utilising Process Definition documentation to develop RPA solutions

- Build RPA solutions using low code RPA tools (Blue Prism or Winshuttle)

- Designing and building associated workflows in consultation with finance colleagues and business stakeholders

Description

• To review Process Definition Documents
  
• To identify clarifications required in order to convert Process Definition Documents into RPA solutions
  
• To configure Winshuttle (Business Process Management tool) forms, workflows and interfaces with SAP
  
• To configure of Blue Prism (Robotic Process Automation tool) routines
  
• To ensure that the configuration development follows the required governance standards (including adequate documentation)
  
• To complete testing in line with the required governance standards to ensure that solutions built meet all the requirements of the Process Definition Documents
  
• To assist in the identification of further opportunities for automation
  
• To keep up to date with developments in RPA technology and applications
  
• To become an expert in using process automation tools to develop RPA solutions
  
• To support the preparation of business cases for additional investment into robotic capacity
  

Profile

• Good development skills in RPA or Test Automation or other common languages (e.g. C#, Microsoft Excel VBA, Java, .NET, or similar)
  
• Experience with developing process automation using Blue Prism
  
• Experience of automating SAP processes
  
• Experience with Winshuttle or other RPA tools (e.g. Automation Anywhere, UiPath) is desirable
  
• Advanced Microsoft Excel experience (IF statements, nested statements, vlookups, pivot tables etc)
  
• Experience of working independently and as part of a global team on projects with professionals at all levels
  
• Demonstrable track record of problem-solving
  
• Able to articulate and simplify complex technical solutions to stakeholders
  
• Knowledge of Finance or Accounting function as this role will involve the development of intelligent automation solutions for accounting and finance professionals
  
• Experience in a range of delivery methodologies including agile and plan driven paradigms
  
• Understanding of the implications of design choices in terms of functionality, delivery and maintenance
