Integrate a start up healthcare company as Marketing Retention.
Your new responsibilities
Reporting to the Manager, you will be responsible for:
- A/B testing of different campaigns and strategies for increased retention;
- Customer journey mapping and end-to-end lifecycle campaigns;
- Coordinating cross-functionally with operations and brand team retention campaigns;
- Analyze and report monthly retention metrics;
- Identify and research new product lines that improve customer retention;
- Lead one-off purchases to subscription strategies;
What do you need to be successful
We are looking for a professional with a degree in Marketing or similar.
With more than 1 year of experience in the strategic area of retention, maximizing customer loyalty, market analysis. You need to have an fluent lever of English, because will be the basis of the day to day work.
We are looking for a dynamic professional, with the spirit to work in a start up, in a very dynamic and volatile environment. You will need to have the ability to work with technical tools.
