The company 


Shared Service Center located in Porto in hiring an HR Administrative for the Recruitment Team. 



Main responsibilities


- Provide general support to Talent Acquisition CoE leadership/Talent Acquisition Partners and coordination of day to day activities in terms of the overall running of the TA function

- Candidate experience – support the overall management of the end to end Recruitment process and schedule and track all interviews, travel schedules for internal and external candidates to high standards

- Maintain calendars and schedules of interviews, meetings, and events both internally and externally. Support all Talent Acquisition Partners with their interview scheduling across Europe

- Create and maintain reports of key recruiting metrics from our global ATS including Time to Hire, cost per hire ratios, source of hire, ROI of resources

- Interface with internal senior business stakeholders and hiring managers to ensure smooth efficiencies through the recruiting and onboarding process

- Manage, maintain relationships, and support all external agency vendors and other TA suppliers

- Utilise and support Talent Acquisition Manager’s/Talent Acquisition Partners in the applicant tracking system (ATS) with reports, data entry, and candidate management

- Contribute to the creative talent acquisition process by creating unique and "outside of the box" ideas around Talent Acquisition strategies (e.g. Employer brand activities, Social Media, and careers events)



Requirements


- Previous experience of supporting a Talent Acquisition function or a HR Administration/Coordination or equivalent role

- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems, HRIS systems (e.g SAP/Oracle/Workday) and related report generation experience beneficial but not essential

- Excellent organisational skills and strong overall stakeholder management skills

- Demonstrated success in working effectively and efficiently under pressure

- Fluency in English (writing and speaking). Proficiency in another language desirable

- Strong MS Office skills (especially Outlook, Excel & PowerPoint)

- An interest in using Recruitment channels and social media (e.g. LinkedIn, Glassdoor & Facebook) for business
