You will be responsible for:

  • Driving the deployment of R2R Core processes and solution across countries of SoOne scope

  • Providing assistance to countries part of SoOne at the different stages of the project : fit gap, knowledge transfer, User Acceptance Test (UAT), and Business simulation

  • Being the main point of coordination for the R2R scope, between the CORE team and the Country team and SBS

  • Adapt Core documentation to Country context and transition, to deliver an accurate documentation and knowledge transfer to SBS

  • Driving UAT phase for R2R scope : plan, mobilise country users, report progress follow-up




What you’ll need to succeed:

  • Financial background – 10 years minimum of experience

  • Operational experience in R2R scope.

  • Contribution to project management and change management initiatives in large company, and preferably in international context

  • Excellent communications skills to conduct meetings and impact and engage R2R country reps

  • Fluent in English is a must.

  • Frequent travel in Europe. Candidate must be able to spend 3 to 4 days a week abroad, during several weeks to support the transition
