Our client is a Shared Services Center located in Lisbon. Right now, they are recruiting a Purchase Administrative Officer to be a part of the team!
Your new role
You'll be responsible for register, update and control purchase operations, managing the administrative side of all purchases: costs estimates, invoices, follow up of settlements, participating in disputes management, documenting processes and managing third-party suppliers. You will also be responsible for ensuring the good operational, day-to-day, relationships with customers and suppliers, preparing and follow administrative procedures. Besides this, you will be responsible for ensure that the processes are followed through, until the posting of the supplier invoice.
What you'll need to succeed
We are looking for professionals with 2/3 years of experience in similar roles, fluency in English and French are mandatory. Proficient in Ms Office, particularly Excel. Team work, organization, analytical thinking and proactivity, are essential for this role.
