Your new company:
Our client is a Shared Services Center located in Lisbon.
Your new role:
Reporting directly to the Indirect Purchase Administrative Manager, you will perform several operations related to Indirect purchases in his/her scope, ensuring their treatment and management.
? Manage and ensure the administrative tasks of Indirect Purchases within its scope: cost;
? Estimates, invoices, monitoring of account statements, participate in dispute;
? Management with process documentation and contact suppliers when needed;
? Process order requests and purchase orders in internal systems, with validation of respective costs center associated;
? Control delivery deadlines for purchase orders whenever action is justified;
? Ensure a good daily operational relationship with internal customers and suppliers;
? Key User support for internal platform.
What you'll need to succeed:
Previous experience in similar role;
French (C1) – mandatory and English (B1-B2);
IT Skills: Excel (minimum intermediate level) and SAP;
