Your new company:

Our client is a Shared Services Center located in Lisbon.

Your new role:

Responsible for ensuring the processing and management of Purchase operations;

Responsible for all operations related to sales invoicing in his/her scope;

Ensuring the administrative side of purchases: Checking and validating supplier invoices according to the specifics of each country;

Ensure the administrative part of sales: Billing and send customers the invoices according with the customer billing specifications;

Ensure processes are followed;

Provide the analysis to help follow up of the countries;

Ensure the respect for the rules and standards of the task;

Identifying and indicate deviations;

Ensure good operational, day-to-day, customers relationships;

Customer focus; Master purchase rules, standards, and associated tools.

What you'll need to succeed:

Minimum 1 year in similar administrative tasks;

High school diploma with experience on sales/finance or accounting administrative functions;

IT Skills: Excel & SAP;

French (C1) – mandatory.
