Description

Project Planning & Tracking:

• Utilising Cora as a project management tool, under the governance of the EPMO Director.
• Monitoring project activities, costs, and schedules, ensuring deliverables are met.
• Highlighting risks and deviations and generating comprehensive reports.

Stakeholder Engagement:

• Collaborating with internal stakeholders to identify gaps in processes, particularly in financial areas.
• Providing insight into budget vs actuals and offering solutions to address variances.

Support for Project Engineers:

• Assisting with cost/benefit analyses and determining optimal solutions.
• Supporting the use of project management tools and generating reports on risks, actions, financials, and timelines.

Service Offering Process:

• Managing service orders and invoicing for internal customers.
• Acting as Project Manager for defined initiatives as required.

Training & Development:

• Creating and distributing training materials for new and ongoing projects.

Profile

• Higher education in Management, Finance, or a related field.
• 5 years of professional experience in Project Controller roles.
• Proven experience in managing engineering projects in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong financial skills, with the ability to present and interpret budgetary data.
• Excellent organizational skills, with the capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Fluency in English (spoken and written).
• Proficiency in project management tools, such as Cora, and in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Experience working in an agile, dynamic, and multinational environment.
