Your new role

The Analyst, Performance Management & Continuous Improvement is part of a dynamic and integrated Service Management function delivering cross functional specialist services to the Kantar Business Services (KBS) organisation. The role will report to the KBS Head of Service Management & Transformation and will be responsible for developing solutions and supporting activity which enables KBS to deliver high quality services to the business. The role will work with internal and external stakeholders to ensure processes are performed in accordance with performance and quality standards and accountable for driving performance across KBS and its partners.

  • Measure and monitor performance of all KBS service lines and 3rd parties; providing insight into lead KPIs and targets which drive both delivery and the right behaviours in line with Kantar’s values.

  • Develop reporting metrics and lead indicators in conjunction with Tower Leads and manage performance reporting cycle.

  • Provide monthly / quarterly performance data and insights to KBS and wider Kantar leadership to drive improved outcomes.

  • Responsible for preparing performance metrics for the Regional Delivery Centre (RDC) and analysing performance metrics provided by the Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) service provider.

  • Take ownership of the governance and ongoing development and improvement of process maps in the KBS Business Process Modelling tool (Smartmodeler) working alongside GPOs and Kantar process architects.

  • Analyse performance data to identify trends and areas for process improvements, working closely with Tower Leads and Global Process Owners (GPOs) to implement improvements and track progress.

  • Will work closely with enabling technology teams in the RDC and BPO to develop visualisation layer for performance reports e.g. using dashboards etc.

  • Measure and analyse impact of improvement activities including system and automation initiatives.

  • Support the delivery of the CI agenda by maintaining and updating the CI backlog.

  • Develop the continuous improvement methodology and build capability within the KBS organisation.

  • Adhoc support of all initiatives driven by the Service Management Team, demonstrating flexibility and agility in being able to respond to emerging requests and demand.

  • Engage with stakeholders across KBS, including KBS front-line employees, Team Leaders and Tower Leads.

What you'll need to succeed:

  • Degree level education in Business Administration/Finance or equivalent.

  • Experience working within a Global Business Services (GBS) environment.

  • Experience working alongside outsource partners.

  • Have a strong background in development and delivery of performance metrics.

  • Experience in using business intelligence and data visualisation tools (Tableau, Power BI etc).

  • Knowledge of key business process technologies, including Enterprise Service Management, Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) (Workday preferred) and other Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems (Maconomy preferred).

  • Self-disciplined with ability to work independently and under pressure, target and result driven, energetic and driven with a real hand on approach to the job.

  • Ability to identify and diagnose continuous improvement opportunities.

  • Provides thought leadership to shape future decisions

  • Focuses on creating value for the business.

  • Adapts to changing objectives and priorities to deliver results.

  • Clearly communicates the company missions and values.

  • Willingness to work flexibly across geographic time zones during peak periods such as period end.

  • Fluent English speaker, accurately able to read and write English and to communicate effectively with senior stakeholders and management.
