Principais responsabilidades

Plan the action strategy of the Production / Manufacturing Department, under the guidance of the Administration;

Ensure the organization and functioning of the different areas, in terms of costs, quality and delivery times;

Analyze the production processes of the areas, at the operational level and at the level of management indicators, and propose actions for improvement and / or optimization;

Implementation of systems for continuous improvement and definition of KPIs for controlling the operation at all levels (production, procurement, supply chain, quality, costumer service, among others);

Identify and establish areas for improvement in the supply chain's product chain;

Establish the company's annual plant distribution plan and its costs, coordinating and monitoring the analysis of possible deviations for the implementation of improvement plans;

Analyze KPIs in the different plants, to offer customers a service adapted to the needs of the service market;

Review and approve the license and / or distribution agreements in which the products are involved;

Develop commercial activities involving the position;

Support the implementation and maintenance of ERP information (documentation and regulations).

Perfil desejado

Degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Chemical or other relevant Engineering;

5 to 8 years' experience in similar roles;

Professional experience in the food, automotive, plastics or wood industry;

Knowledge in purchasing management (kpi´s);

Strong communication and interpersonal skills;

Experience in Management Control, Optimization of Productive Processes;

High relational capacity;

Solution oriented, high pressure resistance capacity;

Leadership and team management skills;

Good knowledge of English and French.
