Our client is reinforcing it's commercial team with the recruitment of a Sales Manager.

Descriçăo da oferta

Responsible for developing the National and International Sales Strategy and managing execution to ensure financial goals are met or exceeded.

Principais responsabilidades

  • Develop, communicate and execute Nacional sales strategy and some situations in International;
  • Research and develop strategies and plans which identify sales opportunities in terms of new markets, channels or products;
  • Work with other teams to develop packaging, products and labels;
  • Coordinate sales distribution;
  • Plan, prepare, and manage sales materials, exhibits, and promotions;
  • Work in a collaborative manner with MKT and Business developer Managers to develop and execute marketing strategies;
  • Maintain solid communication in the department and throughout the organization;
  • In partnership with the Accounting team, analyse and evaluate sales;
  • Performance against competitors and benchmarks;
  • Represent and promote the company at various International community and/or business meetings;
  • Observe and follow all company policies and established standard practice.

Perfil desejado

  • Degree from prestigious university;
  • MBA would be a plus;
  • Experience in the same sector is mandatory;
  • Proficiency in software usage;
  • Fluency in English.
