Sodexo is currently implementing a Shared Services Center in Porto that will support several countries across Europe with the processes of Record to Report, Order to Cash, Purchase to Pay, Master Data, Training & Continuous Improvement, among others. Sodexo Finance Shared Service Center is recent, fastly growing with many new context in scope. This creates two issues, the SSC leadership team less and less available for each country and coping with increased volume and complexity brought by new introduced countries.





You will be responsible for:





  • Develop and delivery of paid media advertising campaigns to drive demand generation to strengthen Sodexo’s brand, enable sales, and contribute to revenue growth across segments in Europe.




  • Support the development of paid media strategies to deliver digital, multiple, concurrent campaigns across a variety of platforms to target audiences with a blend of in-house and agency execution.





  • Work closely with the digital marketing director and team to establish objectives, develop strategic paid plans, guide creative and content development, set up and handle trafficking of campaigns, and monitor and report on performance, as well as manage paid media budgets and invoicing.





  • Help set goals that drive successful business outcomes and improve advertising performance, like driving MQLs and decreasing CPLs, and build, manage and execute plans to achieve goals.




  • Use data and insights to both evaluate tactics and campaigns and drive strategic approach for lead generation.





  • Maintain a thorough understanding of current and emerging trends, methods, and technologies, and provide thought leadership and guidance.





  • Contribute to the evolution of integrated platforms, advertising tech, audience engagement, and analytics across the region to build capabilities and manage a program in-house.








What you will need to succeed:




  • Graduate in Management and/or Marketing

  • Qualifications or experience in advertising, digital marketing, inbound marketing, marketing automation, demand generation, Facebook, LinkedIn Advertising, YouTube, Google Analytics, and/or Google Ads

  • Growth, Client & Customer Engagement
