The Marketplace Manager will be responsible for leading the Amazon channel strategy (Vendor Central and Seller Central).
Description
- Define and implement the commercial strategy for Amazon marketplaces, establishing targets and monitoring KPIs (sales, paid media, conversion, visibility);
- Manage portfolio strategy, including launches, demand planning, assortment updates, and stock availability;
- Lead the execution of Amazon Ads campaigns, optimizing investments across the funnel (awareness, consideration, conversion);
- Develop and monitor Business Plans with Amazon and strategic partners;
- Coordinate with supply chain, marketing, trade and revenue management teams to secure alignment on channel objectives.;
- Monitor competitors, market trends, and consumer behavior to identify new growth opportunities;
- Manage relationships with agencies and external partners, ensuring end-to-end execution of marketplace initiatives;
- Conduct performance analysis and propose action plans supported by data and insights.
Profile
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in e-commerce, with proven expertise in Amazon Vendor Central and Seller Central;
- Strong track record in Amazon Ads campaign management and optimization;
- Advanced analytical skills and ability to drive insights from KPIs such as ACoS, ROAS, CTR, CPC and conversion;
- Knowledge of SEO strategies for Amazon and how to integrate them with paid media;
- Advanced Excel/Google Sheets and reporting tools (e.g. Google Data Studio);
- Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills;
- Fluent in English (mandatory);
- Previous experience in FMCG, beauty, or retail is an advantage.
