Reporting to Board - Group Commercial Director, we are now recruiting a Marketing Manager.

Principais responsabilidades

  • Manages the day-to-day requirements of the marketing and product management team;
  • Helps define, plan and executes Global marketing / branding objectives and strategies;
  • Overall responsibility for brand management and corporate identity ensuring brand contents and elements are consistent;
  • Creatively develop and execute all digital and traditional marketing efforts;
  • Collaborate with the existing business teams and other stakeholders to uncover insights and strategies to develop and implement marketing and branding strategies for new and existing products;
  • Communicates with media buyers/sellers, agencies, printers and other services;
  • Oversee the company's marketing budget, assisting in planning marketing budgets and collaborate with Financial dept to ensure clarity and accuracy of planned expenditure;
  • Managing all activities within the branding & communication and product management;
  • Creative development, planning and implementing promotional and sales campaigns (print and online), measuring results;
  • Participate in the analysis of product sales within the group and propose ways of achieving agreed sales targets;
  • Overseeing P.R. actions (e.g. press releases, advertisements, and other support materials);
  • Coordinate all brand activity in the sphere of digital communication, whether in the dissemination of content (website, social media), or capturing clients and / or partners in the cross-media channels.

Perfil desejado

  • Degree in Marketing, Business Management, or related area.
  • 5 to 10 years' experience in a similar position, preferably in the industrial area;
  • Must be a well-prepared proactive marketer / leader who has the ambition to create, lead and implement strategies and programs to increase brand awareness;
  • Manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment with excellent attention to detail;
  • Excellent communication skills, which are characterized by sincerity, persuasiveness and clarity of thought;
  • Strong interpersonal skills reflecting leadership;
  • Experience in managing branding projects with deep knowledge about linking multi-disciplinary teams: product management, product development, technical, commercial, design, digital and content teams.
  • Willing to travel based on an annual plan.
