Your new role

You will report to the Head of Global Legal Operations and will play an essential role in identifying opportunities for improvement and executing Legal Operations strategies that help sustain and improve the operational effectiveness of the Legal Department. To do this, you will, along with other members of the Legal Ops team, play a key role in Global Legal Operations projects; and act as a Legal Operations liaison for the entire Legal department, assisting where needed and supporting collaboration across the Legal team. As part of this role, you also will provide contract management system support on routine activities, including being the key point of contact for uploading/archiving contracts; assist the legal team with the ebilling system, including onboarding new law firms & service providers, uploading documents, adding/closing matters, assisting the users, handling billing issues, and related activities; manage purchase orders and suppliers for the HQ Legal teams; assist in the maintenance of the team’s intranet sites; and more.

What you'll need to succeed

We are looking for a talented professional with 1 to 2 of experience of Legal Operations or related professional experience in a corporate support department or law firm. Experience with eBilling and/or contract management systems is a plus. For your success, you should have excellent planning and organizational skills, time management, analytical and problem-solving skills and advanced level of English (written and spoken - mandatory) and be proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). We are looking for a Talent with strong communication, intellectual curiosity, problem solving, resiliency and with the ability to work in a decentralised finance structure.
