Within So One project, a Ticketing tool had been implemented to communicate between countries and ESSC

You will be responsible for:

  • Being the point of contact between global domain leads & ITSM for any new form or change to an existing form

  • Preparing functional & IT specifications to implement new forms and workflows in coordination with Global ITSM team

  • Preparing planning & coordinate development & testing with respect to country roll_out plan

  • Coordinating with business, ITSM & change management team for go-live

  • Monitoring continuous improvement in relation with support team

  • Analyzing / Consolidating users feedback & requests for evolution coming from countries already in production

  • Proposing solutions in coordination with global teams

What you'll need to succeed:

  • Minimum 2 years experience in IT project management

  • ITIL V3 certification a minima

  • Fluent in English

  • Experience in Ticketing tool could be a plus
