Your new role

As an IT System Analyst you will deliver solutions across the application lifecycle, including some or all of the following: technical and functional analysis, deployment, integration, testing, training, upgrades and patching, support and reporting.You will be responsible for the day-to-day customer-facing delivery of assigned IT systems, including services provided by IT teams and suppliers according to Service Level agreements.You will be a point of contact for internal customers and IT colleagues, external IT service providers and application suppliers for assigned systems.You will be translating customer needs into documented requirements in alignment with relevant standards and best practices. You will be part of planning and executing changes and new releases to enhance our IT systems including testing and documentation.You will work in collaboration with IT architecture, IT Business partner and/or external IT teams to ensure solution compatibility with existing platforms, relevant standards and best practices.You may be involved in evaluation of new or alternative solutions and providers to recommend to internal stakeholders, including documentation and meetings with suppliers.Finally, you will need to be able to communicate relevant opportunities, risks and issues to stakeholders in a timely manner and to deliver work in accordance to agreed plans, with or without SLA and provide management and stakeholders with progress updates.

What you'll need to succeed

We are looking for a professional with a University degree in Computer Science/other relevant field or equivalent experience in transferrable background and with three to five years’ experiences in the relevant area and/or experience with Global IT system implementation and support. ITIL and/or GxP (IT in a Pharmaceutical context) experience is a plus.Strong analytical mindset and customer service focus, along with the ability to express complex technical concepts into easily understood terms. Additionally, business acumen and collaboration skills are required, as well as being able to operate in a dynamic environment applying our good documentation practice along the way.
