Our client is a multinational company operating in the Financial services business area.

To provide an effective and efficient recruitment service to all the Group hiring Managers. The role will provide support across the group and across all functions.


Reporting to the European Talent Acquisition Director your main responsibilities will be:

Responsible for the end-to-end recruitment of roles across Europe & the US - Lead and manage the complete recruitment process; creation of engaging advertising, application review, shortlisting, candidate communication, interview preparation and management, stakeholder management and offer management;

Ensure job descriptions and role briefs are up to date, clear and well-articulated. Using brand guidelines and tone of voice documents to create professional, consistent and scalable campaigns to attract and deliver strong, relevant candidates;

Identify & implement 'non-standard' opportunities for talent attraction across the Group in addition to making use of standard job boards and social media. Establish a list of providers/contacts and document to share with HR team;

Source candidates as per the role briefs, managing the candidate experience and pipeline to ensure we have the best candidates possible;

Provide weekly reports to the Group HR Manager and Hiring Manager on the following: applications received, applications shortlisted, 1st stage interviews, 2nd interviews, time to hire, campaign costs etc.


The ideal candidate will have:

Strong demonstrable experience of success at managing the full recruitment lifecycle, actively managing between 30-40 roles at any one time using a mix of digital & traditional recruitment sources;

Fluent in English (written & spoken); Spanish is a plus;

Experience in recruiting internationally;

Experience in managing a wide range of vacancies from specialised 'subject mattter experts' though to retail assistant type roles would be beneficial;

Experience in proactively managing internal key stakeholders is essential.
