Our client is a Europe's leading owner-operator in redefining the outlet Shopping experience that is recruiting an Insurance Coordinator (m/f/d).

Your new role

As an Insurance Coordinator and reporting directly to the Legal Director and Compliance Manager the Candidate will be responsible for:  

• Take responsibility for all incidents and claims management for the company portfolio, namely collaborate with all the centres to initiate the claims process and gather the required evidence, liaise (when required) with the loss adjustor;
• Manage and resolve incidents and accidents efficiently and liaise with the insurers and insurance brokers regarding claims handling;
• Review of monthly and quarterly reports, monitor payments and settlements;
• Proactively follow up and drive solutions with the Centres to ensure speedy and commercial solutions, in view of protecting the Company values and reputation;
• Work closely with the Group Legal Director and Company insurance brokers to manage and coordinate the annual insurance renewal process;
• Run regular trainings for the Centre Teams, develop practical information to address the business needs; be the central person of contact for all insurance related questions within the business.

What you`ll need to succeed

• Insurance qualification or experience (preferably with an insurance brokerage or insurance company);
• Previous experience in business administration experience;
• 2 to 8 years of experience in similar functions;  
• Rigorous attention to detail;
• Good communication skills; 
• Excel and Powerpoint skills;
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment; 
• Excellent team player and strong communicator; and
• Strong written and spoken business language skills in English.
