Your new role

The major responsibilities of this role are to recommend and maintain an effective organizational structure and staffing level to accomplish company goals and objectives, identify and fulfil staffing needs based on company strategy and operational needs. And coordinate the onboarding process. Formulate and implement compensation strategy to ensure regulatory compliance and maintain market competitiveness, direct the administration of benefit programs including medical, retirement, insurance, and injury on duty. This professional will recommend and establish company policies and procedures, identify and fulfil staff training and career development needs at personal, professional, and organizational level, review various performance metrics and drive improvement plans and direct the organization of staff relation activities and recognition programs. The ideal candidate will support the Executive Committee in other ad-hoc projects and revise monthly payroll and liaise with the payroll service provider and manage the annual budget.

What you'll need to succeed

To fulfil this position it is required to have a bachelor degree holder in human resources management, psychology or related field and an adequate experience in a human resources role in sizable companies. Experience in the luxury hospitality or service industry is preferred. It is necessary that this candidate has excellent leadership, communication, interpersonal and problem solving skills, proactive, customer-oriented, flexible, resilient and creative. In-depth knowledge of labour law and HR best practices. Fluency in written and spoken English is mandatory.
