Your new role:



  • Act as the system administrator for Oracle HCM Cloud Solution, managing data and business processes configuration, security, authorisations, mass structure changes and uploads.

  • Troubleshoot system issues and fix from end to end – these fixes may include short term workarounds but must always focus on long term solutions.

  • Maintain close relationships and work with systems administrators in other functional areas; ensuring that upstream and downstream changes will result in optimal and seamless integration between systems.

  • Manage Oracle Cloud official releases, testing and implementing new functionalities while managing the rollout to the business.

  • Understand business requirements, translate them into system functionalities and support its implementation.

  • Develop system procedures and documentation, and train users on new processes and functionality.

  • Ensure the highest level of confidentiality is maintained in the treatment of personal data.

  • Actively share specialist knowledge and provide technical expertise to contribute to a variety of projects and business as usual.

  • Assist in the development of change management, communication and training plans.

  • Identify, assess, and solve Oracle Cloud integration requirements with external applications across IT and Finance functional areas – partner with external vendors to define, test and validate integration solutions.

  • Bring forth industry insights and best practices in the technology space and look at cross company system and integration opportunities.






What you'll need to succeed:




  • 3 to 5 years of experience configuring and implementing Oracle HCM – strong functional knowledge of the system.

  • Depth of understanding and ability to configure Oracle HCM Base module.

  • Must have experience working with Oracle Cloud implementation methodology and project planning (at least 1 full cycle implementation).

  • Experience with hire to retire (H2R) processes, including talent management, learning, recruitment, compensation.

  • Experience working in a multi-cultural, international environment.

  • Demonstrated analytical reasoning, data management, and problem-solving skills.

  • Strong planning and project management skills.

  • Highly detail orientated and organised.

  • Ability to work well both independently and in a team environment.

  • Good communication and organisational skills.
