Our client is a multinational company in the industrail sector with an expanding Shared Service Center structure in Porto.

Support Management of the Finance Shared Service Centre (SSC) and Corporate functions based in Porto by developing and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with overall kp group strategy, being able to attract, develop and retain talent.

Description

  • Maintain SSC procedures concerning staff recruiting: testing and interviewing program, counseling managers on candidate selection, conducting and analyzing exit interviews, recommending changes;
  • Implement a Candidates Pipeline;
  • Develop salary bands and career path for all the Team;
  • Manage the recruitment, selection process and onboarding of staff;
  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall group strategy;
  • Support develop the Organizational Culture (DNA);
  • Contribute to harmonization of HR policies and procedures;
  • Prepare Payroll data for the outsourcer and supervise process;
  • Maintain pay plan and benefits program;
  • Assess training needs to apply, develop and implement training programs;
  • Create and revise job descriptions;
  • Responsible for Pay negotiations;
  • Provide decision support through HR metrics;
  • Provide HR management reporting;
  • Maintain company directory and other organizational charts;
  • Lead and support disciplinary procedures;
  • Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management;
  • Develop the SSC Internal Communication strategy;
  • Budgetary planning, control and compliance regarding headcount and employment cost including training;
  • Principal contact with HR agencies, universities, lawyers, HR partners;
  • Develop employee appraisal and personal development programmes;
  • Support and guaranty the alignment and accomplishment of "9 Box" accomplishment for all Team members;
  • Set-up and maintain employment contracts;
  • Ensure best practice and continuous improvement philosophies are applied.


Profile

  • Bachelor or Master degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology or similar field;
  • Professional working proficiency in English and another European language (German, Italian, French, Spanish and Dutch preferred);
  • Strong Leadership, Team Work and People Management skills;
  • Excellent Planning and Organisation;
  • Persuasiveness and Negotiation skills;
  • Effective business writing and professional communication skills;
  • Strong analytical skills and experience to think in complex environments and work in global matrix organizations;
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
  • 7+ years professional experience;
  • Leadership experience;
  • Project management experience leading large scale projects;
  • Work experience in different HR roles.
