Ferring is opening an IT Center of Excellence (CoE) in Lisbon, Portugal, to build and operate a new global ERP platform and we are looking to attract qualified and motivated candidates. To enable Ferring to keep up with new demands, changes and business needs, we are now recruiting a professional team that will implement the new ERP in countries throughout the world as well as its central and support functions. The ERP program is expected to run for at least four years and the scope of the new team’s work will include global implementation, as well as on-going operation and maintenance. In addition, the IT CoE in Lisbon will be an integral part of Ferring’s Global IT Function.





Your new role

Reporting to the Senior HR Manager for our Lisbon site, you will be responsible for the HR transactional and administrative duties of the site, including supporting the efficient set up of the new office which will also involve some office administration tasks. You will work closely with Line Managers and their teams, demonstrating a deep focus on the employee experience, operational excellence and continuous improvement. You will be involved across the full spectrum of the employee life cycle from recruitment administration and onboarding support to training co-ordination and payroll activities.

 



What you'll need to succeed

We are looking for a talented, proactive and autonomous self-starter, with first class administrative and organizational skills. You will need at least 3 years of experience performing in a similar HR operational role. Experience in HR Systems and working in an international and matrix organization is required. The knowledge of local labour law is a plus, as well as a strong focus on the customer and the ability to interact across all levels in the organisation. Fluency in English is mandatory. You will also need to be collaborative, innovative, and results-driven, as well as a person who embraces new challenges with ease and enjoys working in a dynamic environment
