It is a multinational pharmaceutical company, focused in specific heath areas, located in Europe, America and China.

Your new role

The main responsibilities will be to deliver the monthly P&OD metrics for the Group and HR Scorecards; responsible for delivering and monitoring the monthly P&OD project dashboard with a regional or global scope; monitor metrics and feedback processes to assess the effectiveness of implemented programs (that are already live); assist with benchmark the current P&OD practices with other companies. Develop meaningful talent analytics (reports, dashboards) together with the People Analytics team. Deploy and ensure usage by HR Community and Business leaders.

What you'll need to succeed

The ideal candidate will have 4+ years in HR Data Analysis, with hands-on experience for learning, talent management and / or performance management with systems training, user support and reporting (data, metrics and analysis). Familiarity with technologies used in P&OD areas (Workday, Service Now, CornerStone LMS). Analytical mindset, able to dive into data, research, draw and share conclusions, Some experience in project management or as a project team member. International experience within a multicultural organisation is desirable. Fluent Business English is mandatory.
