  • This Manager is expected to be a change driver for the company future, and to be committed and responsible for identifying and developing talent, meeting current and future business needs.

Description

  • To Lead, Support and Design the HR strategy processes and tools with special emphasis on Talent, L&D, Performance and management;
  • Proactively collaborate with all levels and areas within the organization in order to create strong and solid successions and development plans;
  • Align the Talent Management strategies, securing the HIPO's development;
  • Responsible for developing and implementing the Talent Acquisition Strategy on a national level based on present and future business needs;
  • Lead the definition and execution of the national Employer Branding approach, guaranteeing the alignment with the guidelines;
  • Secure a business and value-driven diversity in succession processes;
  • Trains and advises managers in HR processes, Implements Change Management initiatives;
  • Provides coaching, mentoring and development of managers and team development.

Profile

  • University degree in Law, Management, Human Resources or Social Sciences;
  • Must have at least 8 managerial years experience in international groups acquired in HR activities - strategic recruiting, leadership and succession planning with strong knowledge in Change Management;
  • A solid understanding of the market and business, as well as the ability to lead business through people;
  • Ability to establish trustful ongoing relationships with co-workers and managers at all levels and in all locations of the company;
  • Experience with staff costs and budget management for the HR department;
  • Passionate about people and having a strong belief in individual's potential;
  • Good communication, negotiation and influential skills;
  • Fluent in English, both spoken and written / Spanish is a strong plus.
