Your new role

Responsible for analysing and executing financial planning and control activities and reporting, in order to realize timely, correct and complete financial steering information for internal/external management purposes. You will be responsible to manage all month end closing processes, monitoring and reporting several financial KPI’s, balance positions and respective deviations analysis and cost control. You will have to prepare fiscal declarations and be responsible to keep track of all fiscal processes, to manage all reporting responsibilities with entity supervisor (Bank of Portugal) and keep track of new laws/reports. It will be your responsibility to implement automations with local IT department, to manage relation with fiscal advisors and local company and, finally, you will be responsible for Accounts Payable, Receivable, General Ledger and external and internal audits.

What you'll need to succeed

We are looking for a professional with a degree in Management, Economics, Finance or similar academic background and who has a minimum of 3 to 4 years in a Big Four or in a Multinational environment. Someone with strong financial knowledge, excellent analytical and results interpretation skills. Fluence in English and an advanced Excel level are a requirement, knowledge in Spanish is a plus. We expect a resilient person, with capacity to adapt to an ever-changing environment, goal oriented, team worker, with good communication skills and all-around capacity for interaction.
