The Finance Manager is a key member of the Global Account team and he/she contributes to deliver significant value by supporting both organizations, Sodexo and the client. 





Your new role:






  • Manage the reporting: o Internal: P&L (Actual – Forecast), cash, HSE



  • Support business reviews: monthly regional reviews, business reviews with Group, and ad hoc reviews

  • Provide qualitative analysis on budget, actual and forecast for key countries/sites; follow-up on action plans to improve performance and Savings plan for the Clients



  • Work with Sodexo Connections team to develop and implement tools and processes



  • Participate to the initiatives to standardize internal reporting format and processes, ensuring consistency



  • Develop relationships with clients’ stakeholders and attend client’s meetings as required

  • Support Sodexo operational stakeholders to deal with financial issues and outputs for the clients’ budgets in relation with the contract


  • Collaborate with the Finance Directors on all financial activities in relation with the Corporate Finance teams: Internal control, planning, risk management, and cash management






What you'll need to succeed:




  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Management or similar

  • Proven track record in finance with 3 years' experience, ideally in an international environment

  • Commercial exposure as Business Partner to Operational & Finance teams, positively impacting the P&L

  • Experience of financial modelling and process orientation

  • Outstanding communication skills and presentation skills, ability to interact at any level of the organization

  • Fluent English
