Your specific responsibilities will include:
- Execute, manage and lead a set of Microsoft customers and partners through the Onboarding process in a timely manner - Proactively drive customer adoption and use of all products and services and be a brand ambassador at all times - Analyze, develop and communicate key Onboarding process and technology improvements for cloud services for the entire deployment cycle - Delivering and report key business metrics for all onboarding activities - Be totally responsive to customer needs - Develop, foster and maintain effective customer and partner relationships maintaining CSAT at all times - Develop foster and maintain effective working relationships with engineering, marketing, Enterprise Services, Support and field sales and partner teams to deliver key business metrics - Manage customer and partner Onboarding programs within expected timeframes while continually driving increased effectiveness and thus reducing costs - Be recognized as an Onboarding Leader within the team and wider business - Manage the workflow of the Onboarding engineers on multiple concurrent projec |

The FastTrack Centre at Microsoft has been running for several years in the UK and Europe and is a centre of excellence in customer contact and service operations. The core role is to contact corporate customers who have purchased cloud based products and solutions, such as Office 365, and to work with the customer to roll out the services and tools within their organisation to start gaining the benefits and savings as soon as possible. |
