Your new role: 

  • Calendar Management: Coordinate and manage executives' calendars, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, demonstrating professionalism and excellent communication skills in all interactions.
  • Meeting Coordination: Arrange and coordinate meetings, conferences, and special events, including logistics, agendas, and materials preparation.
  • Travel Arrangements: Handle all aspects of travel planning and logistics, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation.
  • Expense Management: Process and track expense reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
  • Confidentiality: Maintain strict confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive information and communications.

What you'll need to succeed: 

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
  • Proven experience as an executive assistant or similar role, supporting C-level executives or senior management.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a professional and courteous demeanor. English required, Portuguese preferred.
    Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software applications.
  • Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and fast-paced environments.
