This role is charged with driving growth for the company by interpreting the brand vision and translate it through a robust product innovation strategy and pipeline.

This position leads the strategic thinking for product innovation and is the primary architect of the company's product growth plan ensuring all initiatives link back to the brand ethos.

Principais responsabilidades

This is a key leadership role to ensure the firm continues to be the leader in fruit and vegetable food products by:
- Ensuring brand technical innovation is developed and new products with points of differentiation are delivered to support the values of unrivaled quality, creativity and innovation across our product portfolio and categories.
- Advancing the business through brand stewardship for the product and technical brand management excellence, ensuring all aspects meet or exceed the quality, creative and product delivery requirements within a managed timeline and cost objective
- Lead the design and deployment of standards for culinary quality and execution as well as global frameworks for recipe and product development
- Drive culinary innovation through trend utilization and efficient recipe/product design that will drive consumer satisfaction
- Act as the ambassador representing culinary principles & heritage and voicing these key messages to stakeholders (internal/external) as well as the marketplace at large.
- Lead the creation of strong market leading skills /training & apprenticeships.

Perfil desejado

The ideal candidate has following skills:

- Bachelor's degree in Food Science or Engineering. Post-graduate degree preferred.
- Coaching and building team capabilities in creativity, new product and category development, and technology innovation to assure industry leading excellence in product development.
- Creating the conditions for people to succeed through inspirational engagement and effective career growth and development planning.
- Technical competence in ingredient functionality and process technology.
- Strong commercial acumen, technical development skills, judgment and understanding of the business and industry.
- Experience leading a product development function across multiple markets or countries preferred.
- Extensive Professional Experience in the retail industry at a senior level
- Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills
- Strong experience in project management
- Strong listening and influencing skills with proven effectiveness in successfully leading work streams and project teams
- Ability to lead, manage and motivate multi-disciplinary and diverse teams
- You will have an adept understanding of trends, sensory, consumer, analytical and physical testing methodologies, beverages, food and snacking categories technologies. Demonstrated expertise in an area of specialization in at least two of the categories, related experience in the manufacturing of products, delivering points of difference and substantiating claims.
