Strategic and financial information consulting company is looking for a Corporate Finance - M&A position.
Principais responsabilidades
Research and Business analysis;
New Business and Sales approach;
Formulating financial targets, budgets and business plans in accordance with the strategy determined by the board;
Corporate finance: managing company policies regarding capital requirements, debt, taxation, equity and acquisitions;
Maintaining relationships with banks and professional advisors;
Management of working capital and any company investments or capital reserves;
Support management team.
Perfil desejado
Must have at least 4 or 5 managerial years' experience in M&A activities;
Excellent Sales Skills;
Excellent interpersonal, teambuilding, dynamic, energetic and proactive;
Computer literate with good excel skill;
Strong analytical and problem solving skills;
Ability to work under pressure to tight deadlines, and manage multiple projects with conflicting priorities;
Team player with excellent communication skills;
Fluent English.
