Our client is a multinational company leader in the Home Appliances market looking for a Customer Service Specialist to join their team.

Description

The main responsibilities will be:

Handle consumers requires received by phone, email, letter, etc., attend consumers complaints and ensure consumers satisfaction;

Know, identify and negotiate according to consumer experience management principles;

Handle typical business cases to ensure satisfaction of consumers, e.g.;

Service requests;

Information requests;

Arrange appointments with the consumer;

Be proactive by detecting information gap and reporting to Contact Centre Manager.

Profile

The ideal candidate will have:

BA Degree in relevant area;

Proven experience in Customer Service;

Fluency in English;

Customer focus;

Excellent communication skills - pleasure to interact with consumers;

Conflict management skills;

Helpfulness/focus on problem solving;

Positive;

Committed;

Proactive.
