Reporting to the CEO will be responsible for all the BPO operations people and technology.


Monitoring the operation making sure the best practices are followed a promote change when necessary;

Coaching and development of the Team Leaders;

Articulate with the HR department not only the recruitment needs to guarantee service levels but also that a good work environment and teamwork is their first priority;

Delivering service excellence by meeting or exceeding all client SLA's;

Acting as a role model and setting standards for the team in respect of being customer-focused and treating customers fairly;

Take the lead when meeting with new possible clients and participate on the negotiation process when possible;

Onboarding and implement procedures on new clients;


Degree in Management or similar areas;

Minimum 8 years experience on managing international contact centre;

Experience in foreign markets will be a plus;

Fluency in English + a 2nd language
