This position is for a Maternity leave replacement in Consulting and Transformation Scope under CIB Transformation team.
We are looking for a Senior profile with more than 4/5 years of experience in Project management, with banking/financial sector background, to take the lead and managing multiple projects / program streams in parallel.
The Main Tasks will be:
• Ensure proper reporting to program manager / sponsor(s) by presenting:
(1) Decision to make and related analyses,
(2) Risk to mitigate and related impacts,
(3) Roadblocks to anticipate,
(4) Main dependencies and
(5) Progress update and deadlines
• Ensure proper monitoring of delivery and proper challenge of progress update
• Contribute to deliverables and studies related to his/her core expertise(s)
• Ensure smooth and clear internal communication within the project
• Contribute to programs/projects with in-depth core expertise(s) methodological knowledge

Requisitos:
Technical Skills required:
• Project Management
• Business knowledge
• Process flow mapping, ability to conduct analysis
• MS Office pack expert level
• Fluent English written and oral
Soft Skills required:
• Ability to understand, explain and support change
• Highly organized and able to multi-task, analytical mindset, critical thinking and problem solving
• Ability to manage/ facilitate a meeting, seminar, committee, training
• Client focused and results driven
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Service Location details (in premises / home working): Primary: Lisbon office, Secondary: home working should also be supported
