Reporting to the Project Director, the main purpose of this role is to supervise the construction works on site of one of the 3 Solar projects in Portugal (450/500 MW in total) and to manage a team of supervisors.

Description

• Coordination and control of subcontractors (progress and quality of their works);
• Management of supervisors in charge of the mains scope of works (Civil works, Metallic structure and module assembly, Electrification);
• Coordination between logistics and HSE responsible and subcontractors;
• Management of the base camp and work site cleanliness.

Profile

At least 5/10 years of relevant field experience in a similar role, while managing more than 200 workers on site.
Knowledge in Civil works, electricity (low voltage AC/DC), assembly works, etc.
Languages: fluent English and Portuguese.
An experience in the Energy sector will be a plus.
