Teams of IT and Banking Support Activities work in an integrated, inclusive and transversal way, supporting all the business lines and country platforms.


The main role as CCO Credit officer is to support front officers with the credit limits requests, as part of onboarding and client lifecycle.

To do so you will be responsible for a dedicated portfolio of clients on which you will:

• Be the main point of contact for Front Officers (Sales, Relationship Managers, Senior Bankers) on all questions related to onboarding;

• Process credit requests initiated by Front Officers to set up credit lines or amend existing ones, challenge rationale in line with Natixis client strategy and ensure contradictory discussion with Risk Department;

• Initiate and orchestrate credit limit annual review for which you will make your own proposals to Business, and ensure annual review is processed in due time;

• Ensure close follow-up of requests submitted and provide necessary visibility to Front Officers;

• Collaborate with other poles part of CCO team to ensure global coordination on onboarding related requests (including CCO Vetting coordination and CCO Legal);

• Interact with multiple departments, from Front Office and Operations, to Risk, Compliance and IT.


In a challenging, dynamic and international environment you will need to be open-minded and eager to find solutions and improve processes. To succeed you will need:

• A degree in Finance (preferred);

• Background in financial institutions and regulatory environment;

• Experience in markets products and trade finance operations, as well as in the credit and onboarding processes as a whole;

• Fluency in English;

• Very good relationship and communication skills, and a good team spirit;

• Capacity to challenge and be autonomous;

• Have an analytical mindset and rigor in the daily work;

• To be proactive and dynamic;

• Have an appetite to work in financial institutions and regulatory environments applied to corporate and investment banks.
