Description
The Business & Operations Specialist will support and work closely with the Business Unit Director and Finance Director in the process of supporting the management of the business with multiple roles in operations, administrative and marketing. His work will be about supporting the Sales Director in terms of Sales Planning, dealing with monthly procurement and order planning, as well as supporting the Finance Director's action in terms of financial planning and reporting. Will also be involved in dynamic projects which can involve the launch of new product lines; and in the development, execution, and control of new-to-market launch plans.
- Sales Forecasting and Order Planning, assisting the Business Unit Director;
- Inventory Control;
- Assist the Finance Director in the monthly financial dashboards ;
- Support the Business Unit Director in a variety of marketing-related tasks.
Profile
- Multi-tasking competencies.

- High proficiency in MS Office, particularly in Excel.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Willingness to learn and work in challenging environments.
- Language skills (Portuguese and English).
- University Degree (business management or similar).
- Minimum 1 year experience in FMCG sector.
