Our client, a leading representative of well-known FMCG and Healthcare brands in Portugal is hiring an Assistant Key Accounts Manager based in Restelo.
Description
The Assistant KAM will support and work closely with the Sales Director in growing the customer Net Sales & Margins through successful negotiation, P&L management, and execution in the Customers under one's responsibility. The Assistant KAM will progress to manage directly some accounts from our "top 10" Customers ranking. Will also take part in dynamic projects, including new product launches and "in-and-out" initiatives, as well as the development, execution, and oversight of effective Customer Plans for the represented brand portfolio:
- Negotiation of annual agreements with designated Customers, supporting Sales Director;
- Produce monthly robust business analytics for every Customer;
- Support the Sales Director in deploying Annual Customer Plans;
- Report monthly SoA and Promotional Activities to Marketing Managers;
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of Company processes and tools, jointly with all team members and functional leaders.
Profile
- Negotiation and sales skills;
- Financial Proficiency and results-driven mindset;
- High proficiency in MS Office, particularly in Excel;
- Strong analytical skills;
- Willingness to learn and work in challenging environments;
- Language skills (Portuguese and English);
- University Degree (business management or similar);
- Minimum 1 year experience in FMCG sector;
