Our Client is a leading multinational company that is looking for an Administrative.
Principais responsabilidades
Entry and processing of policies on the underwriting systems.
Recording and matching of cash receipts.
Processing settlements.
Communication with brokers and capacity providers.
Preparing monthly bordereaux.
Work closely with underwriters in the UK and Portugal.
Effective operation of risk controls, adhere to underwriting compliance checks, monitor premium closings and credit control.
Preparing quarterly accounts bordereaux for capacity providers.
Banking administration.
Setting up payments.
Entering transactions into Sage.
Preparing financial and management information.
Claims administration.
Compliance activities.
Perfil desejado
Education Degree
Minimum of 4 years' experience working for MGAs, brokers or insurers/reinsurers
Attention to detail
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Strong organisational skills
Proactive individual with excellent administrative experience
Fluent in English
