Descrição da Função

Account manager (for dedicated carrier key account in Portugal). Reports to account director, is responsible for Carrier network sales business mainly engaging in sales project operating, and transaction management, to coordinate internal and externa I resources, ensure customer satisfaction, attainment of market and sales goal, as well as KPIs for operations.
• Account Relationship: Planning, exploration and management of account relationship, based on bringing
long-term value to customer.
• Sales Project Organizer: Setting up team; Developing of project strategy; Project implementation and
supervision; competition management.
• Leads To Cash: Risk identification; Control of contract signing quality; Control of contract execution quality.
• Executable Scheme: Market insight; Development of target/strategy; Execution of plan and adjustment.
• Competition Management: Lead formulation and implementation of strategies.
• Crisis management: Provide and implement solutions to crises.

Perfil do Candidato

• Bachelor degree or above, ICT background is preferred.
• 5+ years experience in ICT area.
• Strong negotiation skills and good interpersonal understanding.
• Has insights of customer technical, business and commercial challenges and needs.
• Fluent Portuguese and English is mandatory.
• Available for business trips.
