Kelly Search & Selection is recruiting a Supply Chain Manager for a successful Start-Up in in more than 15 different countries.
Responsibilities:- Plan & implement the overall supply chain strategy;
- Process purchase orders & B2B deliveries;
- Ensure coordination between demand, supply, implementation & quality of the supply chain and production;
- Follow-up of the productive process;
- Collaboration with Sales, Operations & Customer Support regarding this will be critical;
- Go-to person regarding deliveries & product availability;
- Suggest solutions for production process improvements;
- Identify process bottlenecks & implement solutions in a timely manner;
- Provide constructive feedback;
- Identify best vendors & distributors;
- Build & maintain good relationships with vendors.
Requirements:- Degree in Electric or Electromechanical Engineering (preferred);
- Minimum 1-year experience in supply chain management;
- Fluent in English;
- High level of team orientation, self-motivation & a strong drive for success;
- Cost awareness & process thinking;
- Flexible & realistic with the fast-changing nature of the environment & work;
- Natural born organizer who feels best in a fast-paced environment;
- Easy-going person who will have no problem communicating with anyone from a courier to a lawyer
