A prestigious multinational company is looking for a SAP Business Analyst - Customer Service.

As a SAP Business Analyst you will be part of a highly skilled team and you will be responsible for support the implementation of SAP. Your main responsibilities will be support the organization through the analysis, design and implementation of the various after sales and customer service business processes that keep the organization running and the management of changes to those processes. You also will be responsible to provide functional expertise in support of the SAP implementation: configuration, documentation and reporting for SAP Customer Service related processes.

We are searching for someone with a degree in IT software engineering or equivalent and with previous experience as a SAP Business Analyst related to Customer Service module. You must have experience in SAP and business capability analysis, strategy and definition and you should have deep competencies in business process analysis. Experience in working in international teams will be an added advantage. Excellent oral and written skills in English and willingness to travel abroad is mandatory.
