This professional will be responsible for managent of interim recruitment processes

Principais responsabilidades

  • Build and grow a client portfolio by using commercial information to identify organizations that have current or future recruitment needs;
  • Network across your industry sector or specialism to ascertain market trends and growth areas;
  • Provide advice on the most appropriate solution for attracting the right candidates to a client's business;
  • Manage the recruitment process from interview to offer stage - this includes: setting up interviews, giving and receiving feedback, identifying potential problems during the process and negotiating contract terms for successful candidates;
  • Identify and attract potential candidates using all the sourcing tools at your disposal;
  • Provide ongoing advice on market conditions, business trends and salary fluctuations within their industry sector;
  • Work as an integral part of a team, motivating one another, and communicating effectively;

Perfil desejado

  • Master in Psychology, Human Resources or similar;
  • Passion for Human Resources in particular recruitment and selection;
  • Commercial orientation and goodwill to work by goals;
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills combined with a strong work ethic
