Our client is a multinational company from automotive sector. Taking into account its growth, it seeks to identify one:

Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the planning, management, coordination and financial control of projects assuring costumers milestones;
- Issue and analyze request for quotations (RFQs) from approved suppliers and customers to support production and pre-production requirements (components, process materials, packaging, component tooling);
- Lead sourcing decisions: negotiate price, delivery and payment terms;
- Initiate and monitor Supplier and customers APQP (Advanced Product Quality Planning), Vendor production readiness review and Production Part Approval Process (PPAP) submissions on new award programs;
- Work with suppliers, customers, managers, project teams to drive Value Analysis / Value Engineering (VA/VE) and cost reductions;
- Coordinate with all functional areas and responsible of BU in order to achieve all the KPI´s targets established for the projects;
- Manage cost reductions, engineering changes and key supplier and customers meetings/activities;
- Actively participate and manage program planning and status meetings;
- Arbitrate any conflicts with the customer and supplier related with technical and/or financial issues;
- Track supplier capacity and loading as required.

Perfil:
- Bachelor degree in Engineering and/or Management;
- MBA or advanced degree is a plus;
- Project Management Institute (PMI) Certification is a plus;
- Minimum of 5 years of project management experience with hands on operational knowledge;
- Experience in Automotive Industry is a plus;
- Experience with customers and suppliers in the stamped component and welded assembly market;
- Ability to successfully function in a matrix style of management, managing a variety of cross
Members;
- Good understanding of APQP and Stage Gate program management techniques;
- Methodic, organized and analytical;
- High level of problem solving skills;
- High level of leadership and teamwork and communication skills;
- English proficiency, both written and spoken.
