Reports To sales manager, As manager of the Program in serial life, he/she is responsible for the achievement of the Program improvement actions in terms of Quality and Profitability from handover to production site to end of life. With responsibilities ensure the necessary resources are provided in due time from the different functions (Sales, Controlling, Costing, Plant Purchasing, Quality, Product & Process Engineering); manage serial life program performance through indicators (Customer PPM, Scrap, Operating Margin); initiate in strong relationship with the Operations and Manage convergence plan to achieve the targets; ensure the compliance of Programs with Customer Quality systems, HSE, Safety and Regulation standards.
